Cosmopolitan and Sex on The Beach

Ok, it’s fast becoming that time of year again. The TV is awash with Christmas jingles and the children are in a frenzy devouring toy catalogues. But despite the usual stresses and strains of panic buying, gift wrapping and cooking that can be lofted upon ones shoulders there is also the joy of it being the Party Season….admit it…we all love a rockin’ good party!

I love to party and one of my favourite drinks is the old classic, Cosmopolitan. I make this in the summer for BBQs or if I am throwing a party and it is always a huge hit. This recipe is extremely potent and is a Nevin Maguire one that I found a few years ago….drink too many and it will knock your socks off!!!! I am also including a retro classic, Sex on the Beach, this is less potent, has a great colour and a lovely fruity flavour.
