Join TV Cook and Irish Food Blogger Karen Coakley for a 2.5 hour Walking Tour in one of Irelands much loved and best known food towns, Kenmare or in Irelands iconic and premier tourist destination, Killarney.
Kenmare Foodie Tours is born out of a love for food, Kerry and the people behind the food. Karen started her Food Blog in 2013 as a way to share her love of food, her family recipes and a little piece of where she lives. It has grown from strength to strength over the years and this has led to her starting up her Food Tours alongside recipe creation and cooking live on RTÉ Ones Today Show.
Karen has been featured on Radio and in many publications and Kenmare Foodie Tours were named one of The Top Ten Food Tours in Europe in The Irish Independent in December 2022. In 2023 Karen launched Killarney Food Tours.

We took the Kenmare Food Tour with Karen and Serena, they were outstanding. Karen’s knowledge of the local stores and obvious friendship and respect with all the merchants was apparent and added to the experience. My family got to experience Fresh Local foods that were sourced in a sustainable,humane manner that gave you an appreciation for the Effort the merchants make. This was a highlight of my families trip to Ireland and we can not say enough nice things about Karen.

Had a wonderful time on her Kenmare Food tour this morning. So lovely to meet the people behind the passion. To see how a community mixes and people adore their food and the process behind good food. An absolutely wonderful way to spend a day. Will look for any excuse to bring friends along. Absolutely brilliant!
